American Pancakes

A luxurious weekend breakfast

Ingredients

2,5 flour
2,5 milk
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder

Do this

1. Heat the oven to 250 degrees.

2. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then whisk in the milk and egg until smooth.

3. Put a little butter on the baking tray for flavour. Bake in the oven until nicely browned (takes about 8 minutes).

4. Serve with fresh berries and vanilla extract. Finally, dust on some icing sugar. Enjoy your meal!
