Oven baked omelette of your choice

Imagine skipping the hassle of the stovetop process when making an omelette, eliminating the risk of it falling apart. While baking it in the oven is a viable alternative, using a regular baking sheet might sacrifice that coveted sear. In this recipe, we utalise OneServe. We sautéed our veggies on the stovetop and seamlessly transitioned to baking/frying in the oven, all with OneServe. With OnePan's trays, you're guaranteed the same searing surface as a traditional pan, and you can accomplish every step with one versatile tool.

Ingredients:
Optional veggies or fillings of your choice
6-8 eggs
2 dl cream or water (depending on your preference)
4 tbsp smetana or creme fraiche
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat (70% of stove capacity). Sauté your preferred veggies or fillings until they are tender and flavorful.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream/water, and smetana. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper for that perfect taste.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed ingredients and transfer the entire mixture to a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the omelette is golden and cooked through.
  4. Once out of the oven, serve your baked omelette immediately.
